Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

Standard Delivery:

UK: £3.95  (2–3 Working Days)

EU: £12.00   (5–10 Working Days)

Rest Of World: £25   (5-10 Working Days)

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

Exchange & Refunds

We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your item, please notify us within 7 days of purchase and return it within 14 days of purchase. Providing the item is returned in the original packaging and condition, we are able to exchange or refund. If the item is returned after 14 days, but within 28 days, a credit note will be issued.

Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility. If a returned item is damaged or lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible. Insurance for your shipment is recommended. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process.

 

Returns

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to offer a refund or an exchange when we have received the item back and inspected the damage.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of many of our products, some variations and irregularities may occur. This is the intrinsic nature of the product and is not considered a valid reason for refund.

 

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

In purchasing this rug you acknowledge that due to the handmade nature of many of our products, some variations and irregularities in the colour tones and dimensions may occur. This is the intrinsic nature of the product. Allow a 8–10 week lead time for your rug to be made. 

We are unable to offer a refund if you have simply changed your mind, please take care to check the measurements before ordering. 

In the unlikely circumstance that you believe the item to be faulty, you must email us at info@nidocollective.com within 3 days of receipt stating clearly your request. We will advise you of the return address here in the UK. Please follow the above return instructions. Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible. Insurance for your shipment is recommended.
