Our basket bags are handwoven by artisans in Southern Mexico. Palm leaves are harvested from the trees before being laid out to dry in the sun for 4 days. The leaves are then trimmed with a sharp knife to stop fraying and prepare it for weaving. The bag features sturdy handles made from leather.
